The Windward story begins in Hawai’i. When I was young my grandparents, both from the islands, inspired my love for food. From them I learned to cook. From them I learned my culture and place. Windward is built on this foundation. We created our jerky to share our story and place with you. We value the ability to sit down, wherever we are, and appreciate our company, our environment, and the stories we tell one another. To capture a moment in time, and cherish that memory.
